summaryI consider myself a creative generalist. Iâve held several creative and marketing positions in the entertainment and advertising industries. Iâm currently the CMO of the Paramount Brand Studio, Paramount Globalâs full-service branded content and creative studio. I lead all partner marketing and creative efforts across the Paramount ecosystem. Itâs a team of 240+ creative and marketing solutions specialists that includes storytelling capabilities from all platform short form executions, on up to long form linear and streaming programs. We are an award-winning unit that develops and customizes insights-driven, branded entertainment and fan experiences for advertising partners. Itâs a group thatâs dedicated to creating and implementing marketing initiatives and convergent sponsorships on linear, digital, experiential, streaming, and social. Under my direction, the studio creates industry-leading branded content campaigns. I manage an operating budget of $50MM, to deliver stories on behalf of our marketing partners. I also launched a Culture and Creative Insights unit. Itâs a specialized team of culture and strategy experts designed to drive engagement and thought leadership for our constituencies. We launched the award-winning study/film The Culture of Proximity. Previously, I served as the CMO and founder of Viacom Velocity, Viacomâs centralized branded content agency. And prior to that I was the EVP, Integrated Marketing for the Music & Entertainment group at Viacom. Prior to that, I was Senior Vice President of Integrated Marketing for the Entertainment Group working with Comedy Central and Spike. Before working solely on Madison Avenue facing business, I was the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Spike where I helped launch the network and UFC/MMA on national television. I began my career at Viacom in 2000, as Director of Promotions of MTV Interactive. Before that, I held various positions in advertising at DDB Needham and worked in the music industry in marketing and creative at Mercury/Island Def Jam Records.
